Nick and Chris Vogt were grateful for the opportunity to share about CTM's work with a group of people who are very motivated in serving God not only in Reno, but also throughout the world. The gathering was hosted by Thomas and Toni O'Donoghue, new Staff Members of CTM. Thomas serves in Prison ministry in Nevada, and he and Toni have also ministered on a number of short-term mission trips.
One of the highlights after our presentation was to receive a $777 Offering toward our Goal of $2,000 to assist Pastor German Tolimao, Indigenous missionary in the Philippines. Pastor Tolimao would like to purchase a plot of land in a poverty area where he resides in order to expand his church building (and also purchase 100 Bibles) so that he is able to minister to more of his neighbors.
